At Bharatiya Care, we value your satisfaction and provide flexibility to cancel your subscription plans within a specified period.

(A) Recharge /subscriptions Cancellation Policy

  1. Subscription Cancellation Period

    • If you subscribe to any plan from Bharatiya Care, you can cancel it within 16 days of purchase without incurring any additional charges.

  2. Refund Process

    • Upon successful cancellation, the refund will be processed within 1-2 business days and credited back to your account.

    • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the subscription.

  3. Eligibility for Cancellation

    • Cancellations are only allowed within the first 10 days of subscribing to any plan.

    • Subscription benefits already used within this period will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.

(B) Refund Policy

We ensure flexibility and transparency for our valued customers. You can withdraw your monthly deposited funds under specific conditions. Below are the details:

If you are admitted to a hospital, the remaining deposited amount will be refunded after deducting all medicine purchases.

Refund processed within 8 hours after verification of hospital admission and purchase history.

2. No Hospital Admission

If you are not admitted to a hospital but request a refund, the refund will exclude the discounted amount applied to past medicine purchases.

Refund processed within 2-3 business days after deduction of the discounted amount.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple and can be done directly through the Bharatiya Care mobile application. Follow these steps:

Steps to Request a Refund

  1. Open the Mobile App: Log in to your account on the Bharatiya Care mobile application.

  2. Navigate to the Refund Section:

    • Click on the "Request Refund" option.

  3. Select Refund Reason:

    • Choose the reason for your refund request:

      • Hospitalized: If you were admitted to a hospital.

      • Non-Hospitalized: If you are requesting a refund without hospitalization.

  4. Provide Required Details:

    • Hospitalized:

      • Enter the hospital name.

      • Upload the hospital admission receipts (at least 24 hours) for verification.

    • Non-Hospitalized: No additional documents are required.

  5. Submit the Request:

    • Review your details and confirm the refund request.

    • You will receive a confirmation notification.

Verification and Refund Timeline

  • Hospitalized: Once your documents are verified, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business hours.

  • Non-Hospitalized: Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after deductions are applied.

Reasons Not Eligible for Refund

Refund requests will not be processed under the following circumstances:

  1. Card Misuse by Others:

    • If your subscription card or account is used by someone else without authorization, refunds will not be issued.

    • Please ensure your account credentials and subscription details are kept secure.

  2. Inactive Subscription:

    • Refunds are not eligible if your subscription is inactive or expired at the time of the refund request.

    • Ensure your subscription is active to request a refund.

  3. Subscription Gap:

    • If there is a gap of more than 2 months in subscription payments within a 12-month period, you will not be eligible for a refund.

    • Continuous subscription payment is required to maintain refund eligibility.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will only be considered for eligible accounts with a verified subscription status.

  • Customers are advised to maintain consistent payments and safeguard their subscription details to avoid such issues.

  • Refunds are calculated based on the remaining balance after deductions.

  • Discounts on past medicine purchases are not refundable if you are not hospitalized.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed-upon method.

Doctor Appointment Cancellation Policy

At Bharatiya Care, we aim to provide flexibility in managing your doctor appointments. Below are the terms for appointment cancellations:

  1. Cancellation Within 4 Hours of Booking

    • If you cancel your appointment within 4 hours of booking, you are eligible for a full refund.

    • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.

  2. Cancellation After 4 Hours or Close to Appointment Time

    • If you book an appointment less than 4 hours before the scheduled date and time, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

    • Similarly, if you cancel your appointment after 4 hours of booking, no refund will be provided.

How to Cancel an Appointment

  1. Log in to the Mobile App: Access the app and navigate to the My Appointments section.

  2. Select the Appointment: Choose the appointment you wish to cancel.

  3. Confirm Cancellation: Click on the "Cancel Appointment" button and confirm.

  4. Refund Process: If eligible, the refund will be initiated immediately and processed within 1–2 business days.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are only applicable if cancellation is made within 4 hours of booking.

  • Appointments booked close to the scheduled time (less than 4 hours before) are non-refundable.
